1. Renew the maintenance contracts
2. Submit them to the client, and follow up for approval
3. after approval and invoice issuance, follow up for payment
4. Create a database for each client which contains how many times did our team visit this client, scan each maintenance report and file them, showing clearly the problem center and solution
5. prepare the quotations for the clients and follow up for approval
6. Update the employees files, vacations, reports ....
